Day 75 (12/11): Yemas de Santa Teresa

Just a note, I've never had Yemas de Santa Teresa before this, so I don't know how they're supposed to taste.
I was looking for a quick recipe since I was on a time crunch when I came across this Spanish recipe. It's simple to make and won't take you more than half an hour. The only part you have to keep an eye on is the cooking of the final batter — make sure not to burn it!
I might have overcooked mine a bit since they are brown — they tasted good, though! I was expecting a weird taste since this is basically just egg yolk, but it was yummy. Though, I wouldn't advise having more than one or half of a ball because this is way too sweet.
