Viral TikTok Cucumber Salad

You know that viral cucumber salad that has been going around? It's SO delicious!

I can't stress how good this is — it doesn't even taste like a cucumber. It somehow tastes like really good fried rice combined with really good noodles.

It's the sauces. They're just too good.

I plated this with some rice — having zero intention of eating the cucumber with the rice. Surprisingly, the cucumber and rice make a good pair.

Also, I feel like I'm half dead whenever I write these posts because they seem to make sense to me at the time, but when I read them in the morning, I'm amazed at the way my brain works.
