Three Days Of Bread
Days 348-350
Hi, everyone!
I'm doing a combined post for these three days since all I worked on were my bread flour experiments for my research paper. I would not recommend using any of these recipes to make a traditional loaf of bread — the almond flour and gluten-free flour breads were almost inedible.
The cake flour bread was delicious, though! It didn't taste exactly like bread — it tasted more like a cross between a cake and bread, which is what it was, so that makes sense.
Anyway, that's about it!
TLDR; I made bread. It was fun. Some of it was inedible. Still fun.
