The Crispiest Crisps That Ever Crisped

Anyway, I made these crisps today! They turned out sub-par (scratch that — just at par?) because I didn't follow an exact recipe and used my ~prior knowledge~ to make these.
Here's what I did in case you're interested:
1) Washed one medium and one small potato.
2) Attempted to cut them into thin slices without chopping off my delicious fingers.
3) Covered them in cold water and put them in the freezer for twenty minutes (my freezer is very ~mild~, so the water didn't freeze in this time).
4) Drained the water and repeated step 3, but for ten minutes because I was getting impatient.
5) Drained the water and wiped them with a towel.
6) Oiled them with my greased palms ('moist' vibes).
7) Added salt and chaat masala.
8) Baked in the air-fryer at 200 degrees Celsius for ten minutes (make sure to shake them at least three times; otherwise, they'll be a little burnt like mine).
