Syrnyk: A Ukrainian Dessert

My heart genuinely goes out to all Ukrainians. The situation is quite tense. I've been reading up on how to support Ukraine, and I found some lovely ways to do so. You could book an Airbnb in Ukraine to support the locals, donate to an organisation, and so much more.

I wanted to support the wonderful culture of Ukraine and support some of their traditions. So, I made this light and decadent dessert from Ukraine called Syrnyk.
