Strawberry Sorbet

Recipe I used

I had high hopes and dreams for this sorbet. Unfortunately, I went overboard with the number of lemon pieces I used. So instead of tasting like a strawberry summertime, meadow sunshine sorbet, this sorbet tasted like sour lemon. No amount of sugar I added could get rid of the taste. If you want a melt-in-your-mouth texture, skip the rind. Or only add a teeny bit of zest till it tastes right.
