Shakarkandi Chaat
Day 173 (18th February)
My favourite vegetable is sweet potato. The way the vendors make the shakarkandi and serve it as a chaat is so delicious that I would sacrifice ~something~ for it. I'm willing to go as far as my first-born child.
It's also easy to make at home. You just need to brave the pressure cooker. I handled it on my own for the first time and almost burnt myself. Fun times.
But the chaat turned out to be delicious, so all's good.
