Day 138 (14th January)

If you know me, you know that I love Theobroma. Let's be real — who doesn't? It has the most delicious desserts, and its name literally means food of the gods. What else could you ask for?

So, when I chanced upon the recipe for the Theobroma walnut brownie, I was beyond elated. Could I possibly make the food of the gods from my own kitchen?

Alas, that wasn't the case. The brownies turned out slightly cakey, whereas the Theobroma walnut brownies are fudgier. My guess is that they underbake and add melted chocolate.

Nevertheless, it was a solid snack! I'd recommend making it for the experience.
