Powdered Doughnuts

These doughnuts tasted more like fried churros than doughnuts, but am I mad at that? A little. Not too much, because churros are about as good as doughnuts.
I added one and a half cups of flour, a heaping teaspoon of baking powder, and three-fourths cup of yoghurt (dahi) to a bowl. I mixed it, made small balls, and fried them in oil for about 7 minutes. I then took them out, coated them in sugar, and re-fried them for about 2 minutes till golden brown.
Eat these with caramel or chocolate sauce. They taste better that way.
