Potato Potahto

Day 293 (18th June)



Potahto wedges.


Recipe (Serves One)


Ingredients:

Three medium-sized potatoes

Two tablespoons of olive oil

Two teaspoons of salt

One teaspoon of pepper


Any dipping sauce you like (I used ketchup)


Instructions:

1) Wash the potatoes with water.

2) Cut them in half, then quarters. Cut the quarters in half to make your wedges.

3) Liberally coat them with the olive oil, salt, and pepper.

4) Air-fry them at 190 degrees Celsius for around 17 minutes (they're done when they are slightly browned and crispy on the outside). Shake them about three times while they're frying.

5) Serve hot with ketchup.

6) Enjoy!
