Pasta I Could Marry
Day 335 (30th July)
When I tell you I could lick this pasta pot clean, you best believe it. Because I can. And because I did.
I made this entire pot from scratch, and I could not be prouder.
I made the pasta dough using Pasta Queen's recipe (100 grams of all-purpose flour, one egg, and a little splash of water). Surprisingly, using homemade pasta made a world of a difference. For the sauce, I got the recipe from one of Moribyan's videos. She had clear instructions! Especially regarding the salt content, which I appreciated because I never know how much salt to add to a dish.
Hands down the best pasta I have ever eaten.
