Papa's Cinnamon Rolls

Day 142 (18th January)

I LOVE Joshua Weissman. Even though he's way too advanced for my skills, watching his videos are a different experience.

I finally decided to make his cinnamon rolls, and they didn't exactly go as planned. I think I underbaked them, so the dough looks paler than usual, but otherwise, they tasted quite okay! I'd definitely make them again to try to perfect them a bit.
