Day 112 (19/12): Nut Bread

This nut bread is actual heaven. Everyone in my family LOVED it. The whole loaf was over in a day.


I had originally planned to make a carrot cake using Sally's recipe, but I got lazy and didn't want to grate any carrots. So, I substituted the carrots with an equal amount of chopped almonds.


Also, instead of making a cinnamon cream cheese frosting, I went the lazier route and made one with only cream cheese, whip topping, and sugar.


For all the lazy choices I made, this was delicious loaf was a surprising outcome. Definitely a recipe to repeat!


Also, I finally got a "loaf picture." It's been on my wish list for a while, so I checked that off! :)
