Neapolitan Oats :o
Day 240 (26th April)
I made these yummy oats today! Not the healthiest, but definitely the best oats I've had. I used Lindt Neapolitan chocolates to make these — definitely my favourite chocolates at the moment!
I mixed all these ingredients in a bowl:
1 egg
1/2 cup of oat flour
1 Lindt Neapolitan chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup of brown sugar
2/3 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of ghee
Then, I added these to a ramekin and baked them for 25 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius. To top them, I melted two more chocolates (they made the most delicious sauce :P).
