Multicoloured Meringue Cookies

Writer's picture: SaraSara

Day 358 (22nd August)

I tried the multicolour trend for the first time today! It's usually used for frosting, but I decided to try it on meringue cookies.

I used my favourite meringue cookie recipe from Sugar Spun Run and divided it into three colours (light pink, dark pink, and blue). I added the three colours to the sides of a piping bag along with a bit of white meringue in the middle (as a sort of base). I then piped rosettes!

I was going for a bi-flag vibe at first, but I cannot make purple to save my life. I think these cookies looked cute, anyway.

One day I will learn how to nail purple food colouring. Okay, bye.
