Day 93 (30/11): Mousse

This raspberry mousse was low-key hazardous. I think the berry powder I possess is way past its expiration date. It's not even pink anymore — it's brown. But, being the intelligent species I am, I went ahead with using the powder despite its suspicious nature.
It did not turn out okay. The mousse looked pretty, sure. But taste-wise? Horrible.
I do think the recipe is a good one — it just needs good freeze-dried powder.
Recipe (6 servings)
1) Whip half a cup of pre-sweetened whipping cream. Add food colouring if desired.
2) Add a tablespoon of freeze-dried berry powder. Whip until combined.
3) Pipe into glasses. Top with freeze-dried berries. Chill for two hours. Enjoy! :)
