Mould?

Day 334 (29th July)

This pancake was absolutely DELICIOUS. Actually, I lied. I wouldn't know because I used mouldy almond milk to make the pancake.

Anyway, it looked delicious, until I realised that the weird bit that I had found in the pancake batter was actually mould. I disgust myself sometimes.

I used this recipe, and even though I didn't use an electric whisk, it still turned out super fluffy! I topped the pancake with some berries and maple syrup.

Honestly, I was quite excited to scarf this down my face. Too bad I am forbidden from eating mouldy food.
