Momos or Dumplings?

I have found my new favourite way to consume momos. Can you think of anything better than a crispy momo with a flavourful slice of cheese? That's right — you can't.


I found this recipe on Moribyan's blog (I love her work!), and it did not disappoint even a bit. I made these as an after-school snack, and my belly was so thankful.


I used Vegetable and Paneer Momos from Prasuma, but any momo filling would work here. I loved how I could just take the frozen momos and transform them into these delicious balls in fifteen minutes.


You simply HAVE to try this. I won't hear otherwise.
