Mochi + Doughnuts
Day 353 (17th August)
Mochi and doughnuts are two of my favourite foods. What could be better than combining them to make one delicious dessert?
This dessert took about an hour to make from start to finish, AND it is a commendable substitute for a yeast-risen doughnut. All-in-all: a win.
All I did was make some dough with glutinous rice flour and fry it! Then, I decorated the doughnuts with melted chocolate, Kit-Kat, and other fancy toppings. I raided my toppings jar and added everything I had on top of the doughnuts. I don't regret it.
