Mini Frittatas That Make Your Muffin Tin Reek

I just went for it with this recipe. I made quite a few changes, but, I mean, that's the spirit of frittatas anyway.

I added weird toppings to make these tiny baked omelettes. They smell quite a bit and make your muffin tin smell weird after baking. Be warned. Otherwise, they were okay. I prefer the usual omelettes.

Here is the recipe I used! I added lots more spices, used shredded cheese, and omitted the mustard for some other sauces.
