Mini Cheesecakes :D

Day 149 (25th January)

Nino's Home comes through again!! THESE CHEESECAKES GIVE ME LIFE. They are:

1) Easy to make

2) Take less than an hour

3) Can be decorated however you'd like (I used a little of the melted strawberry sorbet and swirled it into the top before baking)

4) And taste like heaven

I have nothing more to say. Make them now.
