Mini Carrot Cake For My Birthday :D

Day 220 (6th April)

I made my birthday cake today! It was a mini carrot and almond cake. I took inspiration from this recipe but added my own ~twists and turns~ (if you're interested to know these not-so-secret tips, let me know!) to it. Since I wanted to cut the cake on the 8th, I stored the icing separately and spread it on the cake just before cutting.

For the icing, I combined a lot of cream cheese, sugar, and whip topping till it felt right. Ratios are officially "till I liked it."
