Mango Ice-cream Bread
Day 212 (29th March)
This bread has only three ingredients, and it is DELICIOUS. All I did was melt 3 Mango ice cream sticks (diary-based), add a little more than half a cup of flour, add 1.25 teaspoons of baking powder, and bake it for half an hour in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius. I forgot to mention sprinkles! Add them liberally to your batter — no measurement is needed.
This ice-cream bread has been ALL over the internet lately — and for good reason. It takes barely any "fancy" ingredients and is an easy fix if you've forgotten dessert for a party.
I first heard about this bread from Rosanna Pansino, so credit goes to her. :)
PS: I cut the bread out in heart shapes and decorated it with icing (splash of milk + half a cup of powdered sugar)! If you are using icing, make sure to ice just before serving; else, it will seep into the cake.
