Day 108 (15/12): Linzer Cookies

These cookies give me Victorian era vibes in the best way possible. I used Preppy Kitchen's sugar cookie recipe. Then cut out central holes in half of the cookies.

As soon as I pulled the cookies out of the oven, I filled them with jam. I then dusted them with sugar. I soon realised that that is how the jam looks white instead of red. So, I then proceeded to take the top off, dust that with sugar, and put it back on. Brain fart moment, but it worked out.
