I Never Thought I'd Be Obsessed With This

Day 242 (28th April)

Edit: I changed the picture. Yes, this is me changing my photo decision one month later. NOT A WORD.

I figured it out — matcha has an earthy scent. That's the only way to describe it. Also, it's bitter in the way tea leaves are bitter. You can dilute it to make a sweeter drink; otherwise, it will have a "kadva" taste.

I found a picture of a matcha tiramisu a few days ago, and I've been obsessed with it ever since. So, I made a kind of cheesecake Matcha tiramisu.

Here is the recipe for all y'all interested:

1) Dilute one teaspoon of Matcha tea with three-fourths of a cup of water.

2) Take out seven tablespoons of cream cheese and add three tablespoons of sugar to it (adjust to taste). Add two teaspoons of whipping cream to this mixture.

3) Dip six ladyfingers into the matcha mixture.

4) Alternate layers of the cream cheese mixture and the ladyfingers (I broke the biscuits in half and used two total for each layer).

5) Dust with matcha powder and serve chilled! :)

Let me know if you try this!
