Day 137 (13th January)

These hot chocolate bombs have been a trend on the internet for a while now. I first got to know about them from Rosanna Pansino's video.

I watched so many videos, and all of the videos follow a similar recipe. This method is what worked best for me:

1) Melt 1/4 cup of compound chocolate.

2) Add it to a hemispherical mould.

3) Wait for a minute for the chocolate to set.

4) After it sets, add about 1/2 a tablespoon of cocoa powder/drinking chocolate to one hemisphere.

5) Heat a medium-sized pan on low heat.

6) Gently place one hemisphere on the pan and melt it for about 3 seconds.

7) Place the heated hemisphere on top of the first hemisphere to make a chocolate sphere.

8) Decorate with melted compound chocolate or sprinkles.

9) Repeat till the chocolate is over.

10) Place it in a steaming mug of milk and enjoy!

Let me know if you try this out! :)
