High Tea ☕

Day 359 (23rd August)

I am in love with Linzer cookies. They're one of the easiest things you could bake, but they still look so elegant.

My mom had a couple of friends over for tea time, so I decided to make some Linzer cookies to spice up the table!

Here are the instructions:

1) Make sugar cookies. Cut out a hole in half of the cookies. I used this recipe from Preppy Kitchen.

2) When the cookies have cooled, dust the "ring cookie" with powdered sugar.

3) Add slightly melted jam to the whole cookies.

4) Sandwich the cookies.

And voila! You now have Linzer cookies. :)
