Gummy Hearts

Day 145 (21st January)

I love using Pinterest to find baking inspiration! I found inspiration for these heart candies from Pinterest, but I used a sour gummy recipe (I finally used citric acid!).

These tasted okay — a little too wet for my liking. I think I should've cooked the mixture for longer. And added lesser liquid! That would've taken care of the wetness.

I probably won't make these again, though — definitely sticking to store-bought candy.
