Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie :P

Day 135 (11th January)

To preface, this is not my grandma's lemon meringue pie; it's someone else's grandma's recipe. Still counts?

I LOVED making this pie. We bought pre-rolled pie crust from Facebook, and it turned out to be so delicious. We had to pre-bake it according to package instructions, fill it with the lemon curd, add the meringue, and then bake to brown it. This was my first time browning a meringue in the oven, and it was SO EXCITING.

I cannot stress this enough — this was one of the best pies I've ever eaten. If you're still reading this post, why? Go and make this pie.
