Day 94 (01/12): Gnocchi

I love gnocchi. It's one of my favourite types of pasta. I remember when we went to Italy, I absolutely loathed it. I think I used to gag every time I was even near gnocchi. Oh, how times have changed.

Making gnocchi at home is quite simple. I used this detailed recipe from Natasha's Kitchen, and the gnocchi turned out perfect! I added some homemade pesto sauce and loads of cheese.

Also, can we talk about how fun it is to make the gnocchi shapes using a fork? I had the time of my life rolling those little bundles. Okay, toodles.
