Gigi Hadid's Spicy Vodka Pasta (Minus The Vodka)

Day 128 (4th January 2022)

This pasta is VIRAL. Everyone's talking about it! I've been eyeing this for quite a while and had to make it. I followed this recipe.

But in true mom fashion, my mom didn't allow me to use vodka in the pasta. Even though I said that it would cook off ("Why do you need the vodka if it will cook off anyway?").

I had quite a bit of fun making this, but the end result was way too buttery. It was an aglio e olio pasta that was red? Very suspicious. Definitely a fail, but that could've been me. I choose to blame the missing vodka, though.

But I did manage to snag some good pictures, so not an entire dumpster fire.
