Day 87 (24/11): Focaccia

This recipe was a bit of a failure since the bread turned out to be hard and not soft. I think either the yeast wasn't good (probably the case since the sticky buns also weren't soft), or it was that I killed the yeast using too hot water.
I was so excited to try out this recipe since the bread turned out nice and soft, but that wasn't the case for me. But not to worry because I'll find yeast that works for me. The process is taking much longer than I expected, but I'm determined to find "the one."
Anyway, the recipe wasn't entirely a bust because the bread tasted okay. Like, just tolerable. There's not much else to say except that I hope I'll make better bread next time.
I did manage to get an artsy picture, so that's a win in my book.
