An Attempt At Making Fluffy Japanese Pancakes

Day 120 (27th December 2021)

I love the number 120! We're at a nice, even number. Fun :D

I tried making fluffy pancakes! Soufflé pancakes have been a trend on YouTube for a while — I love how they jiggle. I tried to recreate them, but I'm not the best at stove-top work, so they came out a bit wonky.

I used Emma's Goodies recipe. Honestly, I've found her instructions to be quite hit or miss. Sometimes, I end up with my favourite thing ever and sometimes it's just eh.

Still tasted like pancakes, so that's a win in my book.

Don't ask me what the uncooked part is doing on the top of the pancake :(

Would I make them again?

Probably not. I think I'll stick with boxed pancake mix or banana pancakes for a while.
