Fall is here, and I'm in love!

I made these pumpkin muffins about two weeks ago. I found the recipe on one of my favourite channels, Moribyan.

These muffins are supposedly a copycat of the Starbucks pumpkin cream cheese muffins. I can't say, though, because I haven't had the original ones. These muffins were tasty, though! I'm still surprised how something as weird as a pumpkin can turn into something so delicious.

The cream cheese filling deflated when I pulled the muffins out of the oven. So, adding flour to stabilise the filling is more important than I realised. The more you know!

It's interesting to see how much my life has changed within these two weeks. My brother was still home, and we were fooling around with my nani. I was also so much less stressed about college apps.
