"Elevated Vada Pav"

This was so, so delicious!


I made panelle using this recipe. The tofu I made separated quite a bit when I fried it because I added too much water, but otherwise, it turned out pretty good!


I cut a footlong into two pieces. I started by squirting some lemon juice on one of the pieces of bread. Then, I layered a few of the panelles on the bread. I added some sweet chilli sauce, topped it with another bread, and then it was done!


This dish has the same feel as a vada pav, except it was tangier. Give it a try! You might like it. :D
