Day 27 (25/09): Egg Sushi Rolls

I'm not really in love with these egg sushi rolls. I had the genius idea of making egg sushi, except it didn't work out the way that I had hoped it would.

I started by cracking two eggs, made a sort of omelette, filled it with tomatoes and sweet chilli sauce, and rolled it up. It didn't taste the best and did look the best either, so I was a little disappointed.

Oh well, there's always tomorrow.

Also, don't these tiles remind you of the swimming pool? We have them out on the terrace and it makes me feel like I'm swimming.
