Doritos: Home Edition
Day 238 (24th April)
When I tell you I lept to make these nachos when I saw the recipe, you have to believe me. I literally lept. I ran to the kitchen. I was so done with studying that I simply had to.
These follow a different approach than the Indian-style nachos I made a while ago. Instead of making makki roti first and then baking it, I made triangle "rotis" and then fried them in oil.
Very fattening, but they tasted so good. Though, I could've warmed the oil for longer to make the nachos crispier. Note for next time :D
These were very crispy and as the seasoning was home made and fresh, they turned out awesome. And I am a nachos lover 🤩
