Day 330 (25th July)

I am writing this post for the second time because I couldn't save it the first time.

I have absolutely no will to write this at this moment, so here's a summary of what I wrote earlier:

• I made a lemon posset from one of Ann Reardon's older videos

• I may have curdled the cream mixture because it came out looking curdled and didn't set well

• It tasted like chach

• I liked how I decorated it with lemon zest and whip topping
