Day 74 (11/11): Caramel Ice Cream Cake

I LOVE watching Morgann Book's and Dylan Lemay's ice-cream videos! Once you start watching their videos, you physically cannot stop. They're both SO talented and have the best stories. Who knew watching an ice-cream video while listening to the story of someone getting injured could be so captivating yet strangely calming?

Inspired by watching a thousand ice-cream videos, I made some caramel ice cream cake. I had a Tupperware full of caramel in the fridge that I combined with whipped cream to make the top. The base consisted of crushed digestive biscuits and melted butter.

It tasted SO good! 10/10 would make again.
