Day 66 (03/11): Mini Marshmallows

I don't like plain marshmallows. I would even go as far as to call them overrated. But mini marshmallows in hot chocolate? That changes the game. They are the literal definition of deliciousness.

So, on day 66, I decided to make mini marshmallows, Strangely this recipe was the only one I could find for mini marshmallows – it doesn't seem like a popular at-home recipe.

You can barely see the hot chocolate – just how I like it :D

Hot take: If you're drinking hot chocolate without marshmallows, you might as well not be drinking hot chocolate altogether.
