Day 62 (30/10): Crumb Cake

Crumb cake is one of my favourite cakes to make! It tastes so good, but also so different from "normal" cakes. Ever since I had my first bite of crumb cake, I've been in love with it. The crumb topping makes the cake so special to eat. It's so unique and contrasts quite well with the moist cake at the bottom.

I made this box of crumb cake for an order I got today, and I enjoyed making it so much (especially the topping)! I have some leftover cake in the fridge, and I can't wait to dig into it tomorrow morning.

Also, I tried cutting the cake into big pieces today. I think it looks so much better than when I cut the cake into tinier pieces. Thanks, mom, for the advice!
