Day 59 (27/10): Condensed Milk Cookies

Writer's picture: SaraSara

Since I had quite a bit of condensed milk left over from the Rilakkuma pull-apart rolls, I decided to make condensed milk cookies.

This recipe requires only three ingredients: condensed milk, flour, and butter. I wanted the cookies to look like jam cookies, so I coloured the inside pinkish red. For this, I used red gel food colouring to colour the condensed milk, but that's optional.

I left one cookie the original colour since I was out of the coloured condensed milk mixture by then. It all turned out well in the end, though, since I could arrange all the cookies in a flower shape!

POTD:

Tip: Keep them in the oven for at least 10 minutes. Otherwise, they will come out tasting like dough.

See you tomorrow!
