Day 51 (19/10): Pizza
This recipe is for the easiest pizza you'll ever make! While this recipe does not make a fancy Italian dish, it does taste delicious and is, most importantly, quick. My mom used to make this pizza for my brother and me all the time when we were younger – it used to be one of my favourite meals, so I was excited to try to make it on my own!
The best part about this recipe is that it does not require any unusual ingredients. You would probably have all the ingredients at home. For one serving, you need:
A pizza base
A teaspoon of ghee/melted butter
About three tablespoons of ketchup
About three tablespoons of mayonnaise
Any chopped vegetable toppings of your liking
2/3 cup of your prefered grated cheese
Steps
Lay out all the ingredients.
Use about a teaspoon of ghee to liberally grease both sides of the pizza base.
Mix the ketchup and mayonnaise in a bowl.
Add it on top of the greased pizza base.
Add the vegetables and top with cheese.
Bake at 180C till the cheese starts to melt and brown a bit (about 12 minutes).
