Day 36 (04/10): Cucumber Salad

Today's recipe is a bit different — it's a cucumber salad! I remember seeing someone using a peeler to peel vegetables a while back, and I was fascinated by the ribbons they could cut.
So, I decided to make a cucumber salad. I started off by cutting one cucumber into thin ribbons. Then, I made a sauce using a tablespoon of brown sugar, chilli flakes, sesame seeds, two tablespoons of soy sauce, a tablespoon of sesame oil, and a splash of vinegar.
I let the cucumber marinate in the sauce for about four hours. Then, I ate it with dinner! This is so delicious — you have to try it.
