Day 32 (30/09): Chocolate Cake

On day 32, I got an order for a chocolate cake! The lady wanted me to make the flourless chocolate cake I'd made a few weeks ago. Credits to John Kanell for the recipe. :)

I also tried to make the meringue cookies again. My piping wasn't perfect, and I wanted to practice. They did turn out better than they did on day 31. Unfortunately, I left them out at night, so they deflated. :(

Also, sorry for the late post! I was tired after a long day, so I slept. :)
