Day 33 (01/10): Chocolate Mousse

It‘s fall! I’m so excited to try out all the fall desserts (pies are all that’s coming to mind at the moment, but I’m sure there are more) :D

I felt the fall acknowledgement necessary, even though I made chocolate mousse today hehe.

I wanted to make something with the leftover bits of chocolate cake I had made yesterday. The cake looked like a perfect base for a mousse, so that’s what I made!

I used a simple recipe for the actual mousse (1/4 of this recipe, to be precise) and the chocolate cake for the base. I thought a time-lapse would be fitting, but it turns out the only time my family members decide to enter the kitchen is when I’m filming. :/

Anyway, here are the final results!

See you for some cupcakes tomorrow! I got new liners, and I am beyond excited to test them out!
