Day 22 (20/09): Microwave Cake

For day 22, I made this delicious chocolate peanut butter mug cake! It comes together in around ten minutes (from start to finish) and couldn't be more delicious.


Here's the recipe (one serving):


Ingredients:

  • Half a tablespoon of peanut butter

  • Five tablespoons of milk

  • Three tablespoons of all-purpose flour

  • Three tablespoons of brown sugar

  • Half a teaspoon of baking powder

  • Two tablespoons of cocoa powder

  • Two tablespoons of melted salted butter


Directions:

  • Take the scoop of peanut butter and freeze it for around five minutes.

  • Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.

  • Grease the ramekin with oil/butter.

  • Add the batter to the ramekin.

  • Take out the peanut butter from the freezer and drop it into the batter.

  • Make sure the peanut butter is entirely submerged in the chocolate cake batter.

  • Place the ramekin on a microwave-safe plate and microwave it for two minutes. Using a plate is necessary in case any batter drips out.

  • Turn the cake out after baking.

  • Serve and enjoy!


This mug cake tastes like a cakey brownie! I'm in love with it :D
