Crispy Tofu That Made Me Sick?

Anyway, as y'all know, I've been on the air-fryer craze for a while. It produces good quality food with a fraction of the oil its "normal" counterpart uses.


However, I wasn't a big fan of this recipe. Probably because of tofu. Tofu tastes like a primitive version of paneer — something that desperately wants to evolve but, for some reason, is stuck in the same stage of evolution. That's tofu.


I honestly felt a little bit sick after eating this, so it's not the best idea to credit the recipe.
