Cookie In A Minute?

Day 175 (20th February)

Nom nom. Cookie monster. Easy cookie? Cookie monster like.

I was originally planning to do the whole post in this Cookie Monster/Kevin from The Office voice, but the two people that read this would've also probably left.

Anyway, this cookie is so easy to make! I wouldn't make this regularly, because I'm not a fan of too chocolatey desserts, but it's good enough for a once-in-a-while-dessert-when-you-don't-have-anything-else-at-home type of mood.

I microwaved this, but you could choose to bake it! Baking would probably yield better results, but, as you know, microwaving is faster. Also, it sounds cooler.

Here's the recipe, if you're interested. Solid 6/10. Ooo, also, I substituted the melted butter for canola oil. Turned out okay! A little cakey, but I'm not complaining.
