Day 115 (22/12): Cinnamon Pretzel Bites

These cinnamon pretzel bites are so good!! I chanced upon the recipe while browsing YouTube, and I can't thank the lords enough for that.

The pretzel part is pretty easy to make, even though it does require using yeast. The total rest time is only around 20 minutes; not so much compared to the usual two hours.

Anyway, after I baked these pretzel bites, I made the cinnamon-sugar coating. I spread melted butter and cinnamon sugar twice onto the pretzels to get better flavour — you could do it just once, but you can notice a marked difference with two coatings!
